Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, and in their original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process

Submit a Request:
- Email us at sales@groupets.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Approval:
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Ship the Item:
- Package the item securely and affix the return label.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive and process your returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us at sales@groupets.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged/defective product.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect items: Groupets.com will cover the return shipping costs.
For other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
