  • Items must be unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request:
    • Email us at sales@groupets.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval:
    • Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Package the item securely and affix the return label.
    • Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive and process your returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us at sales@groupets.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged/defective product.
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items: Groupets.com will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
